Your accountant then uses those records to lodge your tax return and provide high level financial advice. What's the difference between a bookkeeper and a BAS agent? A registered BAS agent is legally authorised to prepare and lodge your Business Activity Statement (BAS) with the ATO on your behalf. Not all bookkeepers are registered BAS agents, but we are, so you're in safe hands.
