Meet our Team

Teasha moved to the Gold Coast from North Queensland 14 years ago, where she spent over a decade in the automotive industry. From managing payroll for over 100 staff and leading recruitment and HR, then stepping into an executive management role, she built a well-rounded understanding of what makes a business tick. It was during this time she completed her Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping, and with that foundation, went on to become a certified BAS Agent and Justice of the Peace and the idea for Aspire Bookkeeping was born.
She founded Aspire Bookkeeping to build something of her own, a business built on genuine care for her clients and a commitment to making bookkeeping one less thing to worry about.

Growing up on a large cattle farm gave Tim a hands on understanding of business that no classroom can teach. A qualified mechanic by trade with a Diploma in Commerce (Accounting), he brings a practical, grounded approach to financial strategy. As Aspire Bookkeeping's in-house CFO and Senior Business Advisor, Tim works closely with business owners to make sense of their numbers and plan for growth.
He also runs his own finance brokerage and partners with Mortgage Choice to help clients with any lending needs, making him a true one-stop-shop for business and financial support.

Rachael joined the Aspire Bookkeeping team at the start of 2026, bringing with her a wealth of experience as a Senior Bookkeeper. She holds a Certificate IV in Accounting, is a registered BAS Agent and has extensive knowledge of Xero. Rachael loves working with businesses of all shapes and sizes, from sole traders through to larger companies with multi-entity structures, having a sharp eye for detail and a practical, solutions-focused approach to her work.
Originally from New Zealand, Rachael has long called the Gold Coast home, where she enjoys living on acreage with family and her animals.
